John is Managing Director of Bangalley Group and brings 20+ years as a leadership consultant and executive to his consulting - having worked with all levels of management for leading organisations including Unilever, KPMG, National Rugby League (NRL), NSW Justice Department, Service NSW, Ausgrid, Steggles Enterprises and Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA).

As a leading organisational development consultant, John works externally and embedded in organisations to deliver sustainable change. John is an accredited Practitioner in LSI/OCI/GSI and Human Synergistics.

Julia Farrant

Senior Consultant

Julia brings 20+ years of experience as an HR executive and leadership consultant to Bangalley - having worked in people and culture in Consulting and HR roles, including Ovato, Fuji Xerox, Unilever, KR Castlemaine Masterfoods Australia New Zealand, Ford Motor Company and Victorian State Government.

As a highly experienced CHRO, Executive Leader and Coach with a solid track record of delivering sustainable organisational results in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Julia is an accredited Practitioner in Human Synergistic.

Jude Gibson

Consultant

Jude brings 20+ years of experience as an HR executive and to Bangalley - having worked in workplace relationships, HR operational redesign for organisations such as The Salvation Army, Sydney Trains, Switzer Australasia, Networks NSW, Australian Hearing Services, IAG, Fonterra Brands and Unilever.

As a highly accredited coach and practitioner, Jude brings his extensive negotiation, dispute resolutions and organisational redesign experience to his coaching with a practical understanding of change implications on executive leadership teams. Jude is an accredited practitioner in LSI/OCI/GSI and Human Synergistics, as well as an accredited trainer in Crucial Conversations.
