"I engaged John and Bangalley Group in late 2015, early 2016 to provide some support on a number of key People and Culture related matters within a significant NSW Government Department. These matters were highly challenging and required a level of expertise that only a seasoned and highly diplomatic, subject matter expert could deliver.

To say that John and his team delivered the required results would be an understatement. I can confidently say that his and his teams professionalism, attention to detail, clarity of direction, guidance and timeliness were the best that I have ever encountered when utilising the services of an external consultant.

The sheer volume of work that Bangalley got through and the time that they took to complete same to the very highest level was incredible. The very professional and patient manner in which his consultant dealt with our numerous requests for changes and the management of a number of challenging personalities within our internal team was exceptional. It became apparent very early on in the assignment that John and his team are hugely experienced in the consulting space and their calm and always professional approach to any problem that arose instilled absolute confidence in my team and myself.

The results that they delivered, well within the agreed timeframe, were simply outstanding and should the opportunity arise again, Bangalley would be the first organisation I would call to lead a similar process.
